Terms of Use

Last updated March 16, 2026

These terms govern use of the Atlanta Food System pilot platform by beneficiaries, partner organizations, invited staff, and internal operations users.

Pilot service scope
Atlanta Food System connects beneficiaries, providers, distributors, transport partners, and internal AFS staff so food-support requests can be coordinated during the pilot. The platform is a coordination workspace, not a consumer marketplace.
Accounts and eligibility
Beneficiary accounts use Google sign-in only. Partner and organization accounts are created only through invite-based platform workflows. You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping access to your account secure.
Provider-linked requests
Support requests must be attached to a participating provider organization. Request availability, scheduling, approval, delivery, and follow-up remain subject to provider operations, inventory, geography, and pilot capacity.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false identity information, impersonate another person or organization, attempt to bypass permissions, interfere with platform operations, or use the pilot in a way that disrupts provider workflows or compromises beneficiary privacy.
Operational communications
By using the pilot you agree that Atlanta Food System and participating organizations may send service-related updates about onboarding, request status, scheduling, delivery coordination, and account security through in-app notifications or email.
No guarantee of assistance
Creating an account or submitting a request does not guarantee approval, fulfillment, pickup availability, delivery availability, or ongoing access to a specific provider. Pilot services may change, pause, or end as operations evolve.
